Rosa Masticato is the result of a meeting between four FLINTA* comics artists and authors of two of the most intriguing anthologies in the European Indie scene.

Hairspray Magazine, curated by Karla Paloma, is a collection of intimate stories, bound by the thread of honesty with which the hosted artists tell their experience. 

Fantastic Female Frustration is a project inspired and dedicated to Aline Kominsky-Crumb, and wants to continue the tradition of autobiographical fanzine in the feminist and LGBTQIA+ underground scene. 

Explicit and sometimes monstrous, hilarious and sometimes sharp as a knife, Elsa Klée, Lucile Ourvouai, Karla Paloma and Martina Sarritzu offer a contemporary look on autobiographical comics through the lenses of memory, experience and sexuality. 

Along with the panels of the stories contained in the two mentioned anthologies and a selection of fanzines and posters, the exhibit will also portray the creative process of the authors, showcasing how daily experience evolves into a story.
